Initially tested multiple sensors communicating to the same MCU simultaneously using their average value to adjust the LED's as well as making one sensors value determine if the other should take a measurement.
Assembled and began testing battery powered sensor puck. System does charge the battery and allow the system to continuously run, but more testing is necessary to ensure battery capacity is sufficient.
System uses a USB C battery charger circuit and a step-up converter to boost the batteries 3.7V to 5V to power the Arduino MCU. A small pushbutton may be used to tell the system to record the user's preferred lighting range and will be wired up at a later date
A BLE module still needs to be added to the system so it can communicate with the main MCU which will be mounted in the window frame. Once testing is completed, a 3D printed housing will be made to house the circuitry for the final product.
